Join Bristol Dementia Charities Network on a webinar looking at the importance of activity. We know how vital it is to keep active, both physically and mentally with dementia. Keeping in contact with the outdoors and nature can really help us to keep fit physically and mentally. This webinar will give you activity ideas and inspiration for new activities both inside and out. We’ll even be linking up with Alive’s new dementia friendly allotment.
